Welcome to FireLove, an application designed to connect people through messages, video calls, socialization, and investment features. Before using our platform, please read these terms carefully.

2. Use of the Platform

  • You must be over 18 years old to register. FireLove is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

  • Harassment, spam, and inappropriate content are not allowed.

  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate the rules.

3. Paid Services

FireLove offers premium features through subscriptions or in-app purchases. All payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing (for Android) or Apple In-App Purchase (for iOS) for subscriptions, and through Stripe for financial transactions such as deposits and withdrawals. We comply with consumer protection regulations.

4. Investment Features

FireLove includes an investment feature that allows users to simulate or engage in financial transactions (deposits and withdrawals). This feature is intended for informational or entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. Users are responsible for their own investment decisions. Financial transactions are processed securely through Stripe, and withdrawals are paid to the same account used for deposits.

5. Privacy and Security

To use certain features, the application will request permissions such as:

  • Camera and microphone: To enable video calls with other users.

  • Location: Optional, to provide location-based match suggestions.

  • Storage: To save and upload profile photos.

6. Privacy and Legal Compliance

To comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the EU, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable privacy laws:

  • Users can request access, deletion, or correction of their personal data.

  • We do not sell or share personal data without the user's explicit consent.

  • Users can opt out of data collection for advertising purposes.

  • We maintain strict security measures to protect personal data, including Row Level Security (RLS) in our Supabase backend.

PRIVACY POLICY - FIRELOVE

We use Supabase as our backend provider to store user data securely. Supabase implements Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that users can only access their own data. Financial transactions are processed through Stripe, which complies with PCI DSS standards to protect payment information. We implement additional security measures, such as encryption, to safeguard your data.

4. Data Sharing

We share data with the following third parties to provide our services:

  • Supabase: Our backend provider for storing user data (profiles, matches, messages).

  • Stripe: Our payment processor for handling subscriptions, deposits, and withdrawals.

We do not share data with other third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or to comply with legal obligations.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except for data required to comply with legal obligations (e.g., financial transaction records).

6. Children's Privacy

FireLove is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware that a user under 18 has registered, we will terminate their account and delete their data immediately.
